Our client, a Government organisation based in the West End are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team. This position has an immediate start date and is a 3 month contract initially with the possibility of being extended.
Using your knowledge and expertise, you will get involved in everything from preparing employment contracts, advise managers on the appraisal system, participate in and manage projects as required to conducting exit interviews. You will also manage and plan the recruitment process, prepare assessment exercises, interviews, and provide advice and guidance to management on HR issues especially employee relations casework.
The ideal candidate will have a degree and CIPD qualification, have Generalist HR experience, as well as knowledge of HR systems and processes and have experience of managing recruitment campaigns.
