Description
Our client a leading dot com company based in Central London, are seeking to recruit a European HR Manager.
Reporting directly into the Vice President of HR and the UK managing director of the site you will work in a stand alone capacity. You will manage all HR functions for the UK and Europe and get involved in all HR operations from implementing policies & procedures to developing a training plan. You will work closely with the European management team to help drive the people agenda of the organisation. You will partner with the VP of HR on Global projects. You will also cover recruitment, performance reviews, inductions and much much more.
The ideal candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified and will have worked in a senior HR Generalist role supporting senior management, in a stand alone capacity before. Ideally you will have proven change management.
Desirable –
Degree level educated
Ideally at least 8 years experience in HR (of which 4 should be at a senior level)
European multi site experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong business acumen and commercial focus
